Selling Tips

1. Professional staging

Your home has to look the part. Staging allows buyers to imagine their home as their own. If you would like to use your own pieces of furniture, I also suggest sellers to possibly rent a storage unit so that

buyers gain a better perspective of the size of the space.

2. Professional photography

A picture says a thousand words. Many buyers determine whether or not they want to see a home strictly based upon the photographs.
Therefore we have to leave a lasting impression.

3. Conduct your own physical inspection

Per contract, buyers are able to conduct their own physical inspections. I always encourage sellers to conduct their own inspection so that if there are any problems or issues, you can begin to address the issue. It’s better to prepare rather than be taken off guard.
